Here are the U.S. ordering policies:
All prices include Shipping and Handling charges. There are no additional charges.
All online payments are processed by PayPal. A PayPal account is NOT necessary to order using your credit card. No login/password required.
No credit card or paypal account? You can order merchandise with a check or money order. Send your payment (made out to Fravik) and order details to:

Please include your email address so we can notify you when your order is shipped.
Your order will usually ship within 1-3 days of processing. In most cases, your order will arrive within 2 weeks. Checks, money orders, and PayPal’s eChecks will have to clear before the order is shipped. You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships.
Some combo packs have items that are shipped separately for safe shipping. They may arrive at a different time.
All orders are shipped by USPS. We currently do not offer expedited shipping.
There is no refund on merchandise. All merchandise is brand NEW and will be packed and shipped to arrive safely. We are not responsible for items lost by the post office. Any damaged or missing packages should be reported to your local Postmaster.
T-shirt sizes may be exchanged at customer expense. The ladies bracelet comes with a 30-day craftsmanship warranty. Please see item description for details. Any incorrect merchandise sent to you will be replaced with the proper item at our expense. In the slight chance you receive a defective item, it may be exchanged for a new one at our expense.
